I work on both. I also build new environments from scratch when that's what the situation calls for.
Environment Design & Setup
If you're starting fresh or need to restructure what you've got, I'll design an Azure environment that makes sense for how your business actually operates:

- Post-migration validation, performance tuning, and cutover
Ongoing Management & Operations
If you don't have someone watching your Azure environment, things drift. Costs creep up, patches fall behind, and small misconfigurations become real problems. I offer ongoing management that covers:
- Monitoring & cost control -- keeping an eye on resource health and making sure you're not paying for things you don't need
- Security & compliance -- firewalls, NSGs, identity governance, and making sure your setup meets whatever compliance standards apply to you
- Backup & disaster recovery -- setting up automated backups, testing restores, and documenting recovery procedures
- Patching & updates -- OS and platform updates on a schedule that works for your business, not just whenever Microsoft pushes them
